Our Z bar kit allows you to connect directly to the battery top, fulfilling the ABYC 7” rule. This saves on installation time and gets you fused right at the battery.
Not all batteries are created equal and the slotted base plate allows you to position the Z bar for perfect surface contact between the Z bar, battery terminal, and class T fuse holder.
To secure the base plate to the battery, the plate is equipped with 3M VHB tape. In addition, there is a slot to allow for a battery strap to secure it to the battery.
Please note this product is manufactured in house until the sale volume warrants contract manufacturing. Tooling marks may be present and 3D printed parts have been used. The product is fully functional.
