Description
RAM Composite Handlebar Swivel Base
The RAM high strength composite rail mount consists of a locking tooth system with a standard diamond plate end. The mount will accommodate rails up to 1" in diameter. The hole pattern found on the diamond base adapter will connect to most RAM cradles.
Installation Instructions: To mount to a circular rail, simple press the plastic "U" clamp around the rail and then connect and tighten the small nut and bolt to close the U clamp. Next connect the diamond plate to the mounted clamp at the required angle and screw in the other bolt through the diamond plate. Now you are ready to connect any of the RAM composite or any other cradle with two holes positioned 1.912" center to center. Placing a rubber lining (not included) between the tube and the mount for a tube with a diameter less than 1" will help the base grab the rail.

Note: The "U" in the part number reflects product packaged in poly bag. You cannot rotate the diamond plate on the U clamp when the cradle is connected.
So much better than the rubber ones I took off, easy install!

Where Have You Been All My Boating Life?
What a great little piece of tech - I don't know how we got by without it in the past. No more guessing how full the holding tank is or having to clean icky tank senders. This little bluetooth RADAR sending unit mounts on top of the tank and connects wirelessly to our Victron Cerbo.
Setup is super easy, push the button on the unit so it can calibrate to the tank then enable bluetooth and set up your rank dimensions on your Cerbo. It's as easy as that.
We've had it installed and running for about two weeks now and couldn't be more pleased (We like it enough that I ordered a second one for our water tank.)
Lots of wiring - no leaks! Be sure to run ALL the wires through BEFORE completing the run!

"Currently" super happy.
Installed on Yanmar 4JH57 engines with Zeus Controllers - HOLY WOW power. Losing some power at top end but overall very satisfied. Will do a long term review later. Talk about power - hope to never need my generator again!
