Description
35' of 5mm shock cord, coiled into a 14" loop. Ends tied in square knot with overhand knots in tails. Pulled tight. Rigging tape wrap the two loaded "ends" of the loop - a 2" wide band. Use 2x 5' pieces of 2.5mm ocean to create a short (4") "lashing" loop on the taped ends of the shock cord. Splice a 6' piece of 8mm ocean with a 4" eye in each end - eye to eye = 34" Ask Canvas shop for 36" long 4" wide "tube" of sunbrella. Use 2x 3/8" D Shackles to connect lashed 2.5mm loops and spliced 8mm eyes.
8mm ocean is safety/stopper. Cover entire assembly except shackles with canvas tube and stitch ends so it can't slide off.
So much better than the rubber ones I took off, easy install!

What a great little piece of tech - I don't know how we got by without it in the past. No more guessing how full the holding tank is or having to clean icky tank senders. This little bluetooth RADAR sending unit mounts on top of the tank and connects wirelessly to our Victron Cerbo.
Setup is super easy, push the button on the unit so it can calibrate to the tank then enable bluetooth and set up your rank dimensions on your Cerbo. It's as easy as that.
We've had it installed and running for about two weeks now and couldn't be more pleased (We like it enough that I ordered a second one for our water tank.)
Lots of wiring - no leaks! Be sure to run ALL the wires through BEFORE completing the run!

"Currently" super happy.
Installed on Yanmar 4JH57 engines with Zeus Controllers - HOLY WOW power. Losing some power at top end but overall very satisfied. Will do a long term review later. Talk about power - hope to never need my generator again!
