Why use Gtechniq Ceramic Base?
Ceramic Base forms a protective barrier that is extremely hard and exceptionally durable. This makes our ceramic marine coating very effective at preventing swirling and minor scratching from poor washing techniques. With great gloss retention, this premium boat ceramic coating product provides your boat with UV protection and becomes the functional surface of the gelcoat.

Simple steps to help you get the best results:
Perfect – If applying this ceramic coating product directly to the boat’s gelcoat or topcoat, polish the surface to remove any imperfections.
Degrease – Ceramic Top bonds best to surgically clean surfaces. Use Gtechniq Panel Wipe and a Gtechniq MF1 Microfibre to remove all polish residue.
Application – Soak the application pad with product. Spread onto an area measuring no more than 2’ by 2’ (60 x 60cm) and remove residue with a Gtechniq MF1 Microfibre.
Product usage – When deciding to use this ceramic coating product on your boat, the amount of product you will need will vary depending on factors such as the microporosity of either your gel coat or marine topcoat. The requirement will be anywhere between 5.5 to 7ml/square meter (0.5 to 0.7 ml/square foot).
So much better than the rubber ones I took off, easy install!

Where Have You Been All My Boating Life?
What a great little piece of tech - I don't know how we got by without it in the past. No more guessing how full the holding tank is or having to clean icky tank senders. This little bluetooth RADAR sending unit mounts on top of the tank and connects wirelessly to our Victron Cerbo.
Setup is super easy, push the button on the unit so it can calibrate to the tank then enable bluetooth and set up your rank dimensions on your Cerbo. It's as easy as that.
We've had it installed and running for about two weeks now and couldn't be more pleased (We like it enough that I ordered a second one for our water tank.)
Lots of wiring - no leaks! Be sure to run ALL the wires through BEFORE completing the run!

"Currently" super happy.
Installed on Yanmar 4JH57 engines with Zeus Controllers - HOLY WOW power. Losing some power at top end but overall very satisfied. Will do a long term review later. Talk about power - hope to never need my generator again!

Great design but fail fast in the caribbean sun...
We bought these boots in 2022, and are buying new ones 3 years later. We love the design and the fact that they are easy to remove for inspection of the rig.
